ESSAY IDEA:

One of my favorite topics in our class group was the fact of stereo typing the word obesity. This would help with writing because it is a counter argument. Writing my argument and/or a persuasive piece of writing, will be more defined and more out spoken through thought. Like spilling thoughts on a notebook. One thinks more than speaks at times. Thoughts are millions and if put to words, than it helps a writer see what their thoughts are put to. The challenge to make it better and organizing the thoughts come into place. Writing about something of a person's interest becomes a better piece of writing than a person who see's it as just another assignment need to be finished.

PROS AND CONS: OBESITY

http://www.goodfats101.com/fats-101/good-vs-bad/  A good thing about eating fatty foods are that they can replace the bad food. Fatty foods also can help with health problems such as cholesterol, reducing risk of diabetes and can improve cell development.
http://www.forbes.com/sites/jennifercohen/2012/04/24/9-bad-habits-that-make-you-fat/ The article describes how the most popular habits are found in people that increase the ability to gain fat. Also how some people get fat by mental illness.
http://news.yahoo.com/7-bad-foods-eating-op-ed-171956097.html So certain fat foods are good in their own way. If fat foods are processed with healthier ingredients, as well as how much fat food is consumed.
http://health.usnews.com/health-news/blogs/eat-run/2013/03/18/dietary-fat-the-good-the-bad-and-the-ugly The bad and the good about fat foods is described in this article put together. The belief of bad foods also create a mental belief on fat foods themselves. how harmful it can or cannot be.

I have come to the conclusion that fat foods has affected obesity in many ways. Foods and image is a big reason due to obesity. The image people advertise, foods become more appealing and harmful to the mind. Fatty foods do have their bad effects but in their own way they do good in the immune system. In my belief no matter what, fatty foods are increasing obesity. The image set in the media, affects society to think obesity is good and bad. Even having obese friends can affect a person to act upon obesity themselves. A mental conscious of being skinny by skipping meals affects many. If obesity is not stopped and helped in some way, about half of the population around the world will be obese.

A truly interesting piece of non-fiction!

"Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man," a truly interesting non-fiction book to read. This book gives insight to a man's playbook. Helping woman understand what drives a man about a woman and how one could tell if he is a keeper or not. This book is a playbook for relations. As Steve Harvey exclaims, "My hope is to empower you with a wide-open look into the minds of men." It is a man's personal insight of another man transfered to a woman for advice. He is phsychologically demonstrating a man's way of thinking, helping woman with serious relations in their love life.

"What's your BIG QUESTION!?"

My big question in my opinion is, "will I succeed?" Wondering how far I will make it in life. Hoping all my goals become accomplishments. Growing more knowledge to know I can go beyond succees. It will depend on what I learn and how I learn it. Helping myself can depend on mu success in the future. My big question is if I succeed when moving forward will that be all that will become of me.

"IT'S ALL LATIN TO ME!"

This quote means it's all gibberish.. Something is not understood and this quote is used to show a subject does not make sense. Also derived from the quote "It's all Greek to me." Take this morning for example, with Dr. Preston, he was talking about a task with a subject I am not familiar with, I thought to my self... "This is all gibberish to me," lost in what he was talking about, I was thinking, "Summer was over to soon."  The point is this quote is a figure of speech when one does not understand something.
